Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Soit Belle Jewellery, Dubai, UAE.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from UAE.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Soit Belle Website, accessible from
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Standard delivery is free of charge with your order. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Soit Belle Jewlery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Soit Belle does not cover the shipping costs for returned items.

During your shopping, you will be provided with an Estimated Delivery timeframe. Orders in Dubai are processed within 2 working days, other emirates within 3 working days and for Gulf countries the shipping is within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
 Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed time frame for your order. It is automatically calculated based on the total amount of time required to process your order, production and delivery process as well as your shipping address.

The estimated delivery time is based on delivery to capital cities. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. Soit Belle does not take responsibility for delayed shipments to remote areas or regions where the postal services are performed on certain schedules or addresses outside the Mainland.

In the case of payment via bank transfer or if your payment doesn’t go through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day that the payment has been received. Soit Belle does not take any responsibility or refund the shipping charge based on any such delay.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Soit Belle Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery Address

Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

at Soit Belle we give you plenty of time to consider your purchase. We offer a hassle free 7 day exchange policy on most products that can be Exchanged for any other Gold or Diamond Jewellery of the same or a value higher than the original purchase price.

If at any point of time within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied and want to exchange the product, we will be glad to assist you. (Products not included in the policy will carry an indication in its description. T&C apply)

Upon receipt of a product for any Exchange, our quality assurance department will review your purchase and make a DOA ‘Declaration of Acceptance’ or DONA ‘Declaration of Non-Acceptance’ as per the Terms & Condition stated. Our Customer Service staff will get in touch with you within 7 working days of receiving the product.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

we assist and guide you through your purchase process at every step and make a conscious effort to ensure all product details, prices & images are updated to give you an excellent buying experience. You may use one of our many online communication tools available before making that important purchase decision. However we ‘Do Not ‘provide cash refunds for any products purchased online or in store and custom made. Items can only be Exchanged as per our policy.

Conditions for Returns
The exchange policy are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below.
– Jewellery can be exchanged only once as per our exchange policy if not satisfied with the initial purchase made online or in store.

– Exchange of Jewellery are acceptable, only upon presentation of the original Sales Invoice and certificate.

– Jewellery can be exchanged for Diamond Jewellery only

– The Return / Exchange does not apply to jewellery that was made to order (Custom Made).

– Examination and Valuation of Jewellery for exchange or return will take up to 7 working days or more.

– Incase of an Exchange you may be liable for the replacement cost of packaging and collateral material (certificates) if lost or misplaced.

– All the above Exchange /Refunds are valid for purchases made at Soit Belle or at our physical address in Dubai only, not at any third party.

– Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, scratched or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange / return.

– Return or Refund will only be granted for a defective item (if repair or replacement is not available) and is limited to the defects that are not caused by either misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should present the Goods at the following address:

If the Goods or gift voucher weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later,  The gift voucher or gift need to be presented to us first before the exchange.
